And we are off!
Things are looking great this vintage. We were a little nervous with harvest being late this year, but our fruit is beautiful and the weather has been cooperating for the most part. We had a little rain, but nothing to worry over. 2008 looks like it will be a spectacular vintage so far!

Spring has finally arrived at Methven Family Vineyards the beautiful Eola Hills of Oregon and we are excited about what the 2008 vintage will bring.
With spring comes the release of our 2007 Pinot Gris by our Winemaker Chris. We will be officially releasing the Pinot Gris on Memorial Day weekend, May 24th and 25th, 11-5. We hope to see you there!
We also currently have our 05 & 06 Chardonnay, 06 Riesling, 05 Eola Hills Pinot Noir, 05 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, and our lovely 05 Reserve available as well in our beautiful new tasting room!
We welcome picnics on our patio with a beautiful view of Mount Hood, and you can even ask us to break out our Bocce ball set!
When Allen is not busy working or vacationing in Hawaii with Jill you can usually find him on the tractor working in the vineyard or in the tasting room making sure that our guests are enjoying his wines.
Chris has been hard at work bottling our 07 whites as well as taking care of our 07 Pinot’s that are in barrel.
Brad has been busy traveling all over the country sharing our wines with other states.
We were very pleased to be a part of “Taste of the Nation” and “Educate your Palate” recently and we all look forward to a fun and busy summer. Check out our events page for upcoming events. We hope to see you soon!
In Pinot Veritas!
